 Between 21. and 27. April 14 marine biologists were diving in selected places and documenting
the Red Gorgonia

 It all started when we asked our friends Hrvoje and Mosor over and over again about the red Gorgonian, which really form large forests in Murter area. It turned out that very little information has been
scientifically collected and documented about these red sea fan gorgonian.

 In times of daily horror messages regarding destruction of our environment, divers certainly ask if there is anybody in Murter area who is interested in protecting the beauty of the archipelago.

biologists from different NGOs. Last August biologists from Zagreb
and Split university joined our guests.

well as land turtles, they belong to the ancient order Chelonia.........

 Beautiful
shells are a temptation for collectors. Attention, most of them are protected.
