MARINE BIOLOGY - Do you know the life expectation of an octopus? Which animal produces sea silk?
The answers on these and many other questions about the fascinating underwater-world you will get in marine biology courses with marine biologists. Both arrangements (see below) consist of a theoretical and a practical part. During the courses we accompany your dives and we provide you with underwater sheets and small, challenging tasks to enhance your understanding and experiences of how underwater research functions.
Guests interested independent of their age and of previous knowledge in natural science, are welcome to participate in our biology introductory day (1 day, 2 dives) or in a basic biology course (3 days, 6 dives). All our courses can be combined with diving and snorkeling activities.
For the season 2010 we have 4 dates planned for the 3-day-course:

The course price is 140 EUR
During 14.-29.8.2010 you may at any time take a one-day-introduction to marine biology (price 50 EUR).
