The pda Instructor Training Course (ITC) is the heart of PDA Instructor training. During the course, you'll apply your dive knowledge and skills while learning to use the pda System of diver education in the classroom, in confined and open water. The ITC allows you to learn quickly and effectively with state-of-the-art educational materials. The programs are performance based and candidate centered, thus you will receive feedback throughout the course informing you of your progress and level of proficiency.
As a result, you can relax while learning, knowing that mistakes are part of the process. Experienced pda Course Directors & Instructor Trainers conduct the ITC's. The ITC's instructional system design and cutting edge teaching media also makes learning easier. With modern educational principles and manageable, positive learning structure in an relaxed atmosphere, the ITC is not only more effective, but it is also more efficient. The goal is to create a low-stress environment in which you can learn to function as a PDA Instructor.
This makes the ITC challenging, yet an enjoyable learning experience. After successful completion of the pda Instructor Training Course (ITC), instructor candidates will attend and successfully complete a PDA Instructor Examination (IE).
